Whether you are in business or you have a blog, you can drive traffic to your site when you post comments.
Most blogs require that you either login to Google or you list your name, website or blog, and your email when you leave your comments. Your name will be linked to your website or blog and your email will be private.
People will read the posts and most of the time when they see comments, they will go and read them. So why not post a comment and get more traffic.

I have seen traffic on my blog or web site increase after I leave a comment on a blog. I would like to share with your readers that I leave comments when I have something to contribute to the conversation. I stay away from the “Thanks for the great post” type comments. I want readers to see I have something of value to add.
Another piece of advice I follow is I keep my comment short, sweet and concise. If I find I have more to say, I write a post on my own blog. I link back to the original post that inspired me. By doing this, it furthers the conversation and keeps readers involved.
Commenting on blog posts can be successful if you are savvy about it.
