So important! I try and schedule “me time” first thing in the morning. I meditate, pray, write, etc. Makes for a really great day :)

I schedule my me time in the mornings too. It just seems work out best. If I get started doing other things that time just disappears.

I am also taking some extension course…that is me time. I try to study at least 6 hrs a week. Now this time I really have to schedule in. I usually extend a couple of hours in the mornings.

I think it is harder with kids. Although my kids are grown and gone I am in charge of my grandson and that always has to come first.
