During the summer months, it can be hard to find the motivation to work your business. With the nice weather outside, the kids being out of school, and all the summer vacations, you may find it hard to work your business due to lack of time. When this happens, outsourcing is a great way to elevate the stress and keep your business in front of others.

The first one we are going to talk about is your newsletter or ezine.

It’s very important to keep your business in front of people at all times. You never know when one of your readers will have a need for what you offer. If you don’t continually place yourself in front of them, when that need comes up, they will go to your competitor. You should send out a regular newsletter once a month and then a short note every week. That way you will be in front of your target market every week. Try to stick to the same day of the week so they will learn to look for your emails.

Outsourcing your newsletter is a great way to gain an hour or two each time you create you. Research and gathering information for your newsletter can take some time. Once all of that is in order you have to add it to your newsletter program. With your newsletter alone you could be looking at two or three hours alone.

When you outsource this project, you will spend less time working it and you will still be in front of your target market. To do this task, I recommend hiring a Virtual Assistant. Your VA can either gather and create your newsletter or you can have her gather and you create or you gather and she creates it. Whichever way works best for you will be beneficial.
