Appointment setting can be a tedious task for some. Whether you are in direct sales, coaching, or other type of business that requires appointments, it can be a struggle. Outsourcing this part of your business to a Virtual Assistant (VA) will help you increase the time you have to do the actual appointment. If you are in direct sales, it can be more difficult, but it can be done. You can have your VA call your leads, confirm appointments, or do follow up calls for you. If you are a coach, you can have your VA schedule your appointments, remind people of their appointment, and do any follow up calls that may need to be done. If you interview people for radio show interviews or magazines, you can use a VA to set these appointments up and remind them of the time.
Scheduling these on your calendar is something your VA can do and helping you remember what you have going in a day is beneficial as well. Your VA can also send out emails reminding people of the appointment. We are all busy these days and we usually appreciate a reminder for an appointment.
So the next time you are scheduling appointments, think about the time you would be saving if you outsourced it to a Virtual Assistant.

Agreed. Outsourcing an appointment setting makes everything in place and more organize especially for busy WAHMs.
