Have you ever sat down in your work chair to write an article or do research only to find yourself dozing off or falling asleep? Have you taken the time to think about the reasons why this is happening?
Maybe you get up too early in the morning or you stay up too late at night. At some point your health will suffer and so will your business. If you keep doing this you’ll find you have to keep redoing things because you’re not focused when you work. You’ll also find your immune system is weakened and you may get sick easier and more often.
It’s not worth it in the long run so it’s better to get the sleep you need every night. When you focus on the important tasks and you organize your day you’ll be more efficient and you’ll be able to get the sleep you need every night. So if you find this is happening to you, go to bed and get the rest your body needs.
