Writer’s block is hard to deal with at times. Depending on what you write and how much you need to do, it can feel like it’s the end of the world. It can last for days or weeks, but that can feel like forever at times and that’s not good.
The best thing to do is to avoid writer’s block if it’s at all possible. Now you may think that’s the hardest thing to do, but I’m here to tell you it’s not as hard as it may seem. To avoid writer’s block you must prepare yourself for the time to come.
To prepare yourself for writer’s block you need to brainstorm on ideas to write about. It’s a good idea to do this daily so you always have ideas to consider. It doesn’t mean you need to always revert to that list when you sit down to write, but it will be there if you run dry on things to write about.
Another way to handle writer’s block is to have a brainstorming session with your Virtual Assistant. When you do this together you’ll find you may be able to come up with topics you would have never thought about on your own.
Rewriting old posts is another way to handle writer’s block. You can take an article or post you’ve already written and write it again with a different point of view. You may also find some of your older posts may have content that’s not valid anymore or that techniques have changed. When you rewrite those articles or posts you’ll have new content quickly.
